The Physics Forceps® are an atraumatic extraction system that provides a simple, predictable and unconventional method of extracting teeth regardless of a practitioner’s extraction experience, or the condition of the tooth, while providing a positive patient experience.
The Physics Forceps® operate as an elevator, rather than forceps, using first-class lever mechanics. One handle is connected to a "bumper," which acts as the fulcrum, that is placed deep in the vestibule. The other handle is connected to the "beak," which is positioned most often on the lingual or palatal root of the tooth into the gingival sulcus. No aspect of the instrument grasps the crown and there is no advanced elevation needed. Once the instrument is properly placed, the handles are rotated a few degrees with only wrist movement in a slow, steady and controlled manner — no squeezing!
The Physics Forceps® are effective in most cases, including badly decayed or broken down teeth, endodontically treated teeth, fractured or fragile teeth, curved or long rooted molars and cuspids, or any tooth that would historically be challenging with conventional instrumentation. What could be worse than a root canal? A lot of things! The root canal is probably one of the most misunderstood dental procedures performed today, and is thought to be incredibly painful with lasting side effects. Not true! A root canal is an endodontic procedure used to repair and save an abscessed or decayed tooth. During this interactive root canal, you will isolate the tooth and clean the tooth's root canal with a special file. After irrigating the area to clean it thoroughly, you will fill the cavity with a rubber compound known as gutta-percha and seal it off. This is a video of impacted teeth removal.The patient was having severe pain in her tooth and was searching for an emergency dentist near her place in Dubai,Ajman,UAE.As this surgery is usually performed by oral surgeons,she was referred to me.She was worried about wisdom teeth removal pain when she arrived and had read a lot about it on google and youtube.She also mentioned that she had undergone a tooth extraction before and was terrified of the same.She had developed pericoronitis with the tooth.Patient was given preop antibiotics and the impacted wisdom teeth removal for this emergency patient was finished in about 10 minutes.As pericoronitis was present preop,post op antibiotics were prescribed as well.Silk sutures were used for closure.

Strep throat is a bacterial infection caused by Group A Streptococcus.Viruses or symptoms from seasonal allergies cause most sore throats. In these cases, the sore throat typically doesn’t require professional medical care.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁
✅ Fever
✅ Pain, especially when swallowing
✅ Abrupt start of sore throat
✅ White patches or pus on tonsils
✅ Swollen or red tonsils
✅ Red spots on the roof of the mouth
𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁
Strep throat requires treatment to heal the infection and relieve pain.A simple throat swab test detects strep. The back of the throat is swabbed then the swab is tested for the presence of Group A Strep. A rapid test provides quick, in-office results. If the rapid test is negative but the symptoms point to strep, a lab culture test can offer a more accurate result.Antibiotics treat strep throat. Once prescribed and taken, the symptoms resolve quickly for most patients.
