Dr. Yagoubian performed the implant procedure, which will allow a prosthetic tooth to be attached to the implant to restore normal function for the tooth.

Salivary stones are calcifications that may occur along the salivary ducts where the saliva flows.
Sialolithiasis is a condition where a mass or stone usually calciulm, forms in a salivary gland, usually in the duct of the submandibular gland like in this case, which can obstruct the flow of the saliva towards the mouth. During pregnancy, extraction is again a controversial thing as agreed by most of the doctors. Extraction, if it is rarely required, it has to be diagnosed properly and depends on when the pregnant lady is entering the clinic. Most of them apart from the gynaecologist, even the dental doctors don’t have the knowledge of dental lasers because if you are using the dental lasers, it can be done at any trimester of pregnancy, the second thing is ofcourse seething related to gums that can be postponed, yes, we do something called as operculectomy, that can be done and it can be postponed and ofcourse extraction can be postponed later after pregnancy, the patient is very happy with whatever we do related to operculectomy. If the problem persists even after the operculectomy is done, and that can be done even with the laser that is completely bloodless, painless and the patient need not have any tablets, which is more controversial when they meet the gynaecologist why this can be taken or not or is this tablet can be stopped. So there is a lot of controversy with the antibiotics or painkillers. So the best way to go is, we use the spray or gel to take out the operculectomy procedure and then it can be done easily with that, If the problem persists, it can be done extraction, at any give time of pregnancy. Not only extractions, even minor surgical procedures also can be done with lasers is completely safe.

A wisdom tooth or third molar is one of the three molars per quadrant of the human dentition. It is the most posterior (most distal) of the three. Wisdom teeth generally erupt between the ages of 17 and 25.[1] Most adults have four wisdom teeth (a third molar in each of the four quadrants), but it is possible to have fewer or more, in which case the extras are called supernumerary teeth. Wisdom teeth commonly affect other teeth as they develop, becoming impacted or "coming in sideways". They are often extracted when this occurs.

The patient is a 26-year-old year male from Porto Novo in Tamil Nadu, India. He began noticing the development of pain and swelling in his left upper jaw a few months ago. This has now increased to the point where there is severe pain and discomfort in that region. There is also a feeling of heaviness in that region.
Examination at a local dental clinic for diagnosis of his problem
He had presented at a local dental clinic where imaging studies had been obtained. This revealed the presence of an impacted molar in the left maxillary sinus. Suspecting this to be a dentigerous cyst, the dentist had immediately referred the patient to our hospital for management. The patient gives a history of undergoing extraction of his left upper second molar a few months ago.
Treatments ranging from simple extractions to complicated craniofacial surgeries are routinely performed at our hospital. Facial trauma surgery and jaw reconstruction surgery are specialty surgeries performed here.
