Some teeth just need to be extracted. In this case, the patient didn't want to retreat/crown the tooth...or...to preserve the ridge, so, we didn't place a bone graft. Extracting root canal treated teeth / heavily restored teeth can be a frustrating experience and the intent of this video was to review a simple sectioning
